Fulcrum Rural Solutions is led by long-time regional activist and rural leader Pete Kolbenschlag, using a curated team of experts drawn from a deep and established network of professionals, to tailor services.
Pete is based in the North Fork Valley where he continues to work at the intersection of community resilience, environmental protection, climate response and rural opportunity through this and other endeavors.

Our Grounding
Rural communities don't need fixing from the outside or to be directed by external forces, but to be engaged as leaders.
We work with nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven businesses always with the understanding that sustainable change happens through collaboration not consultation.
We cultivate conditions where local wisdom and existing assets can be leveraged for purposeful impact. Rates structured to support transformative work across all organizational contexts.
We support as members the Rural Coalition, Club 20, the North Fork Valley Chamber of Commerce, the North Fork Creative Coalition and the Valley Organic Growers Association.
